Classes

The indoor cycling classes started in 2004 because even in New England we need to ride during the cold winter months. The classes have been a vital workout for many athletes to build a base of form, strength and endurance. Get a great intensive workout while having fun with some friends! The class is designed for ALL levels of athlete. The classes consist of individuals who are just starting to ride to individuals who are top notch triathletes. Ali is conscientious about treating everybody on all levels the same.

Learn how to ride with correct posture and form while improving your wattage output. Ali has a unique style that is designed to strengthen your core and hamstrings. Avoid being the cyclist that only uses their quads by not having a smooth consistent pedal stroke. That is like the weight lifter that only does upper body workouts. Don't be "that guy", learn how to cycle with the correct form.

Indoor cycling classes are 1.5 hour session for the duration of 10 weeks. In the Fall there is one class/week that meets on Tuesdays. During the Winter there are two classes that meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Many of the athletes join up for both classes during the winter.

All classes are held at Landry's Bicycles conveniently located near the B.U. bridge off of Commonwealth ave.
