Online Coaching

Full monthly programs, tailored for triathletes and runners looking to race and improve results. Program also can be designed for noncompeting athletes looking to diversify their fitness routines.

Programs include unlimited email and phone access to coach. Detailed workouts to include time, heart rate, specific workouts for each discipline.

All workouts are set up using Training Peaks, an online software packaged designed for the communication between coach and athlete. You will get a daily email of your customized program. You can manually enter all of your workout information: duration of heart rate zones, distances, or you can upload the data directly from a heart rate monitor, garmin, or powermeter. Ali reviews your workout and reads your comments daily. She will look for any unusual circumstances to note if you are improving or fatigued.

The online coaching is tiered on three levels based on how much coaching you desire. Ali's programs might be a little more expensive than other coaches, but she has followed a philosophy to have less athletes to spend more time with each individual athlete. Even level 1 athletes receive customized workouts tailored to the athletes weaknesses, strengths and goals. She typically spends more time with each athlete than she specifies. She will not just take your money and leave you alone. If you are not updating your daily comments she will make contact you to help encourage you to continue to workout.
