Group Workouts

Are you looking for a coach but do not want to pay for the individual coaching cost? Do you want to workout but cannot find people that are in your category? Or do you want to be around people that enjoy the same things that you do?

Group workouts is an ideal way to enjoy training while having an opportunity to workout with a coach! Join other athletes with the same interest and desires as you. While some individuals are motivated enough to work out on their own, most of us need the right group to continue improving and keeping motivated. Make new friends and find new reasons why you want to go to workouts other than training. Meet a coach at the pool, track or on the bike for a group workout, fun!

Group workouts and clinics consist of 1-2 hour customized to the goals and level of fitness of the group and individuals. Ali will spend the time to talk to you and find out exactly what you need. If it is different than the group she will custom tailor your workout.
