Strength and Conditioning is an ideal way to increase speed, power, flexibility, balance, control, while decreasing the risk of injury. One of the most important aspects of having precise control over your body is your posture. A majority of people have bad posture from sitting at an office desk or in-front of the television. Ali specializes in improving posture through a postural realignment system.

One of the two most important aspects of daily living that will affect your energy is diet and sleep. Though Ali cannot help you increase your sleep, she specializes in nutrition, diet and sport performance. Many clients understand there is no quick way to lose weight. Ali tries to educate her clients on various methods to eat correctly. She wants clients to learn about increasing energy throughout the day, enables clients to gain strength during training/racing, and provides information on how to feel better on a daily basis. She avoids the trendy weight loss methods, and educates how to eat correctly. Ali does not have a general nutrition plan but rather tailors each diet to specific needs and desires.

Private fitness training programs consist of 1 hour sessions of Postural alignment, strength, flexibility, and aerobic capacity assessments. Full program design and coaching tailored to specific needs.

These classes are held in a private gym at Joint Ventures located in Kenmore Square. If you prefer to avoid over crowded gyms but still want to get in a solid workout, this is the perfect opportunity.
